Paella valenciana
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 400 gr. of rabbit
- 400 gr. of chicken.
- 250 gr. of green beans.
- 150 gr. Tavella
- 150 gr. of garrofón.
- 1 ripe tomato
- 500 gr. of rice.
- 8 tablespoons oil
- A pinch of sweet paprika, saffron and salt.
Preparation
- In a paella to the fire we pour the oil and once hot we put the chopped meat, we fry it well and add the green beans, the garrofón and the tavella.
- We continue with the stir-fry for about eight minutes and add the grated tomato.
- Move a little and add the rice, paprika, saffron and water.
- When boiling, adjust salt.
